Iconic Danish modern “Bwana” chair and ottoman designed by Finn Juhl for France & Son in Denmark in 1962. Originally designed as an updated version of the Chieftain chair, the Bwana Model-152 chair features a sculpted teak wood frame and new full grain leather upholstery in a creamy tan tone. The chair features a curved, sculpted support which extends across the upper back and armrests that are complete with pommel handrests at the front. The ottomans curvilinear design and proportions are ideal for longer periods of sitting, exemplifying Juhl’s exceptional craftsmanship for optimal comfort.
