Orders are typically processed and packed within 3 days, or up to 7 business days for White Glove delivery, with email confirmations and tracking updates provided once shipped. Shipping costs and methods depend on the product’s size, weight, material, insurance value, destination, and delivery requirements.

U.S. shipping is available through White Glove Freight (4-6 weeks) or UPS/FedEx Ground (5-10 business days), while international shipping can be arranged through recommended or customer-selected carriers. Customers may also coordinate their own shipping, with transit damage or loss being the responsibility of their chosen carrier.

Los Angeles local delivery is available for a nominal fee, including in-home or office delivery, unpacking, placement, and light assembly, typically within 1–3 days of purchase. In-store pickup can be arranged with the team, and customers should inspect their items as all sales are final.

UPS/FedEx Ground shipments are protected with shrink film, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and appropriately sized cardboard boxes labeled “Fragile.” Local deliveries are protected with stretch film and blanket wrapping.

Danish Modern L.A. is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping or delivery arranged by the buyer through a third party but will assist in finding an appropriate solution.

Contact our team to modify or cancel shipping/delivery, and inspect items for transit damage before signing; damaged products may be rejected by contacting Danish Modern L.A. immediately. Recycle packing peanuts and cardboard boxes at your local UPS or FedEx.
