Beautiful drop leaf writing desk designed by Edward J. Wormley for Drexel in the United States circa 1940s. This desk is crafted in walnut-stained elm wood showcasing a rich grain texture that makes a beautiful contrast with the brass handles and stretcher. The top is complemented by a drop leaf surface for additional working space when needed. The right side displays four spacious drawers for storing office papers and materials with the manufacturer name stamped inside the first drawer. This desk has been newly refinished by our expert craftsmen making it the perfect element to add geometric shapes featuring modern proportions to create an elegant working environment.
