Beautiful tray designed by Don S. Shoemaker for Señal Furniture in Mexico circa 1960s. This tray features a nicely crafted Cocobolo rosewood butterfly slim shape with integrated handles and displays vertical stripes with an inlay pattern creating a striking visual aesthetic. The back has a hook for mounting the tray to the wall, and the original Señal label is found below. The mix of exotic woods represented Shoemaker’s work, and this tray is no exception. Our expert craftsmen have recently refinished this spectacular piece, and it would be a perfect fit to add texture and warmth to any room while showcasing the Mid-Century Modern appeal Mexican modernism offers.
